Group session

Join a group.

The group workshops are aimed at people who wish to benefit from a collective healing practice.  Group work is about holding space for each other to empower everyone to be able to help themselves.

The workshop takes place in 3 two-hour sessions around the following four pillars:

Being present

Observing the mind. Becoming aware of mental habits

Emotional Intelligence

Upgrading your brain to live a happier life. Observing emotions without compulsively reacting to them.

Non-violent Communication

Paying attention to the patterns that limit you, clarifying your intention, bringing greater attention to your speech, identifying your needs and setting clear limits.

Focusing

Learn how to cultivate focus and stability of mind in order to improve clarity and present moment awareness.

Each session includes breathing and internalization exercises. Some written exercises are also included in each session.
